Use the navigation system to the left to explore the current ministry opportunities that are being requested by our trusted partners around the world. It is important to reiterate that each ministry site has a strategic and holistic vision for Kingdom advancement. Each of our partners is committed to proclaim the whole gospel (word and deed) for the whole world (locally and globally).
Once you find a site that interests you, feel free to contact us for more information. As you might imagine, it is imperative that we not disclose specific information on our website--safety for everyone involved is a priority.
[1] A key* relationship with at least one Christian leader within the partnering recipient community that agrees with JusticeRain’s strategic, sustainable and holistic approach to the proclamation of the gospel in word and deed.
*A “key" relationship has the following characteristics: [a] trust [b] significant history (at least 3 years of mutual, collegial, honest, respectful partnering in ministry), [c] shared faith convictions and principles, [d] commitment to “stay at the table” and work through difficult discussions when breakdowns/misunderstandings occur, [e] accountable and open.
[2] A principled commitment within the core members of the recipient community to see the whole gospel expressed in their community (evangelism, church-planting, works of compassion, development and advocacy in the name of Christ). This, of course, must be directed by the leader in the field of ministry who best understands the subtleties and sensitivities of the culture, the relational dynamics of his/her community, and the proper timing to introduce/unfold the gospel in word and deed.
[3] Assessing the sustainability of a holistic work in the recipient community. Such an assessment may include:
Stability in the country, in the region, in the community
Stability in leadership
Level of accessibility to the site (including political dynamics, safety issues, cost of transportation, etc).
